- *****Fix for Lorenzo Issues*****
We have identified and implemented a fix for the ongoing issues with Lorenzo. The fix will be pushed out automatically, and you may see a black box pop up on your screen. You do not need to interact with it. Please restart your devices once the black box has disappeared.
If the fix does not automatically apply (the black box does not pop up) please run the following command on your device by following the below instructions:
1. Click in the Windows search bar and type in “Command Prompt”.
2. Click on the Command Prompt app that appears in the search results.
3. The Command Prompt window will open. In the Command Prompt window, type in the following command: gpupdate /force
4. Press Enter on your keyboard to execute the command. The group policy update will start, and you may see some messages indicating the progress of the update.
5. Wait for the process to complete.
6. Once the update is finished, you can close the Command.
7. Restart your device.
